RES Americas In Shasta County

RES Americas is committed to being a responsible corporate citizen.  In addition to the many economic and environmental benefits wind energy will bring to Shasta County, we want to support local efforts to make the community a better place to live, work and visit.

Hatchet Ridge Wind donated $15,000 to the Burney Water District in March 2007 to replace the roof of the pool facility.  The new roof was needed to support a solar water heating system obtained through grant money.
